You can buy the template on our Etsy shop.

You just need a Google account, which is free. If you don’t already have one, just sign here. We’re not affiliated with Google in any way, we just use Google Sheets as the basis for our templates.

Start off by selecting the date you want to start tracking your goals. The sheet will automatically configure itself to show you a 4-week period from your starting date.
Then list your goals and the number of times you want to achieve each goal each week. Once you’ve done that you’re up and running, ready to go.
Each day, just tick the checkbox for the goals you’ve achieved and the tracker will show you your weekly progress together with a 4-week activity graph so you get the big picture of how you’re doing.
You’ll see overall progress across the 4-weeks as well as your best (and worst) performing goal, best (and worst) week.
Hit 100% in a week and you’ll get a little surprise too.

Yes of course. All the tools are on one tab so when you’ve completed one 4-week period, just duplicate that tab for the next 4-weeks you want to track.
